“A Nightmare on Elm Street” was the first movie to make me afriad of going to sleep. Watching it in the second grade probably wasn’t a good idea, considering I kept thinking my nails would grow and slash straight into my head. But enough of that pretty picture. Nike is coming out with a horror pack in November, and good ‘ol Freddy is back, alive, and on your feet.

Whoa… I never thought this would be possible! Coming soon to a store near you or most likely very hard to find… MF Doom just got a Shoe endorsement! The hightops are designed by Frenel and features the Doom logo embroided on the sides along with the metal face on the tongue and Doom artwork underneath the shoe! Say word- Nike made this happen! A great collabo for the late great J-Dilla. This t-shirt collabo is brought to you by Stussy and being produced by BBE Records. The shirt celebrates “The Shinning” an album that was released last year. The tee is available at all Stussy stores worldwide today and the proceeds will go the J. Dilla Foundation. Pretty nice for a great looking shirt that also helps out a good cause.

Finale, a Vancouver streetwear brand has released their 2007 Spring collection of five shirts. The shirts are named accordingly as Betamaxx, Punks Jump Up, Gotta Have Faith (Dreams), Femme Fatale, and Menage.

Most notable are Punks Jump and Gotta Have Faith. Punks comes in two colorways a white and grey tee with the phrase “Punks Jump Up To Get Beat Down” from the title of one of Brand Nubian’s most popular tunes. The other, Gotta Have Faith (Dreams) has head shots of some of your most favorite R&B divas with “Dreams of Fucking an R&B Bitch” in a Futura ExtraBold font. Personally I’m into both of em especially Dreams. See if you can name all the chicks in the shirt below.

Yup! That’s right! Puma will release a shoe dedicated to one of hip hop’s most influential groups in the 90s. The shoe is set to release sometime this year and from the pic it looks as though they’ll be taking the pattern of the body paint found on most of ATCQ’s albums. Looks very interesting and I can’t wait to see these in person.
